  What is your connection speed and hardware/software like?
We currently run Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz CPUs with 1GB of RAM. Our servers have a Unix Infrastructure with Red Hat Linux 7.2 Operating System and our connection is networked at 100 MBPS through major backbone providers.
  How do I upgrade my account?
Simply send an email to support@getahostnow.comt including your domain name, username, password, current package, and which package you would like to switch to. Once we receive this information, we will upgrade/downgrade your package for you. You will be billed accordingly for this change (if you change packages in the middle of a month, you will be billed a partial rate on your next bill).
  Do you have a database system?
We use MySQL. We have found that our members prefer MySQL because it is a relatively easy-to-use database program. Visit www.mysql.com for more information.
  Do you offer Server Side Includes (SSI)?
SSI is on all of our servers. You just need to be sure that you call your files with the .shtml extension.
  Do you have FrontPage extensions?
Yes, all of our web hosting packages come with FrontPage extensions installed.
  What domain name extensions do you support?
We support all domain names.
  Can we add services as we grow and need them?
Yes, All options can be added or removed at any time by sending an email to us at support@getahostnow.com.
  What software do you run?
We run RedHat Linux 7.2 with the latest version of Apache, PHP4, and mySQL. We also have a large collection of perl modules already installed for your use.
  How do I obtain my website statistics?
Click the report button after logging into the Plesk control panel and hit the Web Stats option. This will open a new window to Webalizer with all your statistics for that domain.
  Do you provide shell/telnet(SSH) support?
No. Due to security risks we do not offer shell/telnet(SSH) access..
  How do I protect my directories with a password?
Log into your control panel and click on the the "directories" button. Then simply click on "add" and specify the directory, password, username information, etc.
  Why aren't my pages updating when I upload?
The changes that you make should be instantaneous, if they aren't try refreshing the page by clicking hte refresh button in your browser window, or hit control F-5.
  Can I have my own personal name servers with my domain name?
No, not at this time.
  How do I access my Control Panel?
Simple, Just point your browser to https://yourdomain.com:8443
Replace yourdomain.com with your websites url.
  Can I get my own IP address?
Yes! We now offer the ability to purchase your own dedicated IP address for your hosting account. It will cost $10.00 extra per month per IP that you need. If you wish to purchase an IP address for your hosting account, please contact us at support@getahostnow.com and we will set it up for you.
  Can you set up anonymous FTP for my account?
Yes! However, anonymous FTP will require you to have your own IP address, which will cost you $10.00 extra per IP address per month. Once you have your own IP address, we can enable anonymous FTP for you.
  Can I set up my own SSL Domain Certificate?
Yes, you can set up your own SSL Domain Certificate, but only if you have your own IP address for your account. You can purchase your own IP address for $10.00 per month per IP address.
