  Can I order even though I do not live in the US?
Yes, we welcome customers from around the world, and we can host all international domain name extensions. However, we currently only accept payment in U.S. Dollars thru PayPal.
  How long does it take for me to get my money back if I want to cancel?

  What kind of Technical Support do you provide?

  Ok, I'm convinced, how do I sign up for hosting?
Please go to our web hosting page for more information. We will send you a letter requesting you to change your DNS settings through your registar. This normally takes up to 24 hours.
  Can I get my own IP address?
Yes! Although not completely necessary to host with us, we now offer the ability to purchase your own dedicated IP address for your domain. It will cost $10.00 extra per month per IP that you need. If you wish to purchase an IP address for your hosting account, please contact us at support@getahostnow.com and we will set it up for you.
  Can you set up anonymous FTP for my account?

  Can I set up my own SSL Domain Certificate?
Yes, you can set up your own SSL Domain Certificate, but only if you have your own IP address for your account. You can purchase your own IP address for $10.00 per month per IP address.
